Homes in Greenlawn
Greenlawn is an unincorporated hamlet in the Town of Huntington, between Huntington Station and East Northport, with a Long Island Rail Road station on the Port Jefferson Branch and Broadway running through its center.
It was farm country before it filled in with houses, and it still has older homes near the station alongside the capes, ranches, split levels, and colonials of the postwar decades. That mix makes for two kinds of work: careful carpentry on the older houses, and more space in the newer ones.
A dormer turns a tight cape second floor into real bedrooms. An extension adds a family room or a bigger kitchen. New baths and kitchens bring any of it up to date. Permits go through the Town of Huntington, and we handle all permits and plans.
