General contractor in Jericho.
Homes in Jericho
Jericho is an unincorporated hamlet in the Town of Oyster Bay, at the crossroads of Jericho Turnpike and the roads north and south, with the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway close by. Its Quaker meeting house is one of the older buildings on this part of the island.
Most of Jericho was built in the decades after the war: ranches, split levels, and colonials, many of them already enlarged by later owners. A lot of the work here is taking a house that has been added to over the years and making it read as one house again.
Second stories over ranches, opened up kitchens, new primary baths, and rear extensions are the common projects. Permits go through the Town of Oyster Bay, and we handle all permits and plans.

Questions
Remodeling in Jericho
- Can you put a second story on a ranch in Jericho?
- Yes. It is one of the most common ways to add space here. It is a structural change, so it starts with plans and permits through the Town of Oyster Bay, which we handle.
- Do you take on whole home renovations?
- Yes. See the whole home rebuild on our work page for one example, from the exterior to a primary bath rebuilt from the studs.
