Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County
General contractor in Kings Park.
Homes in Kings Park
Kings Park is an unincorporated hamlet on the north shore in the Town of Smithtown, with a Long Island Rail Road station on the Port Jefferson Branch, Main Street at its center, and Nissequogue River State Park along the water.
Older homes sit near Main Street and the station, and the rest of the hamlet is mostly capes, ranches, split levels, and colonials from the postwar decades. Houses from those years tend to have small kitchens, a single bath, and second floors with sloped ceilings.
That is where a dormer, a new kitchen, a second bath, or an extension out back makes the biggest difference. Permits go through the Town of Smithtown, and we handle all permits and plans.
