General contractor in Melville.
Homes in Melville
Melville is an unincorporated hamlet in the southwest corner of the Town of Huntington, where the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway meet Broadhollow Road. It is best known for the office parks along that corridor, but the side streets are residential.
The housing is a mix: ranches, capes, and colonials from the decades after the war, larger colonials and custom homes built more recently, and townhouse and condominium communities. Each asks for different work, from a full kitchen in a colonial to a bath and a finished lower level in a smaller home.
We handle kitchens, baths, finished basements, extensions, and carpentry here, with all permits and plans handled through the Town of Huntington. In a community with its own rules, we plan the work around them.
