Homes in Suffolk County

Suffolk County is the eastern end of Long Island, from the Nassau line out to the North and South Forks. It is made up of the towns of Babylon, Brookhaven, East Hampton, Huntington, Islip, Riverhead, Shelter Island, Smithtown, Southampton, and Southold, with villages inside most of them.

The housing changes as you go east. The western towns have harbor villages with older homes, and hamlets of capes, ranches, split levels, and colonials from the postwar decades. Lots get bigger, and beach houses and waterfront homes line the bays and the ocean.

That range means a range of work: dormers and second stories on postwar houses, extensions on bigger lots, careful carpentry on older homes, and decks, covered porches, and beach house work near the water. Permits go through the town or the village that has the house, and we handle all permits and plans.
